Our review
Annabelle finds a supply of yarn that never runs out and uses it to knit for people and objects throughout her town. Her generous transformation attracts an archduke who wants the extraordinary yarn for himself.
The conflict gives abundance two competing meanings: Annabelle treats it as something to share, while the archduke treats it as something to possess. That makes the fantasy useful for conversations about generosity, ownership, and why a resource matters differently depending on what someone does with it. The Princess in Black uses competence against monsters; Extra Yarn makes generosity itself the power an antagonist wants to possess.
